There is a kind of game that makes my brain explode—that which leans into specificity in its premise and design. In making this game, I was inspired by works like Alice is Missing and For the Queen and the magic in creating within the bounds of their specificity. Tragic zombie media like the Last of Us and I Am Legend played a huge role in finding the tone for this game. But most of all, I am inspired by my own brothers, everything they have taught me, and everything we have been through together.    

My hope is that this game welcomes all players into the specificity of brotherhood. If I’ve done my job right, whether you are a brother or not, this game will guide you in telling your own story of brotherhood, loss, and of course, zombies.
